Stacey Gordon is an Arizona-born American puppeteer most known for her role as Julia, a four-year-old female Muppet with autism, on the children's television show Sesame Street. Gordon formerly worked as an autistic child therapist. Her son has autism, and her own experiences influence her portrayal of Julia. Gordon portrays Julia using expertise gained from her work with autistic youngsters.
Gordon started puppeteering in high school. She is also a member of the Great Arizona Puppet Theater and an improv duo.
