Shari Leid is a former litigator turned keynote speaker, five-time author, executive coach, and nationally recognized connection expert. She founded An Imperfectly Perfect Life, LLC. She also created the Flip the Box® framework and Flip the Box Day annually on March 5th, which encourages intentional human connection through shared meals and everyday interactions. Leid is the author of the Friendship Series: "The 50/50 Friendship Flow" (2020), "Make Your Mess Your Message" (2021), and "Ask Yourself This" (2022), as well as "Table for 51," chronicling her 2023 journey sharing meals with women across all 50 U.S. states. Abandoned as a baby in a cardboard box in Seoul, South Korea, and adopted by a Japanese-American family in Seattle, her personal story of identity, belonging, reinvention, and resilience runs through her work.
