Shahrzad Rafati is a Canadian entrepreneur and the founder of BroadbandTV Corp (BBTV), one of the largest entertainment networks on YouTube. She is also co-founder and advisory board member, of the Chopra Yoga Centers. Co-founded by Dr. Deepak Chopra the centers are rooted in the spiritual leader's philosophy of the Seven Spiritual Laws of Success.

Rafati is accredited with being the first person to develop a business model that created peace between entertainment networks like the NBA and their fans who upload pirated content.
