Ryan Gellert is the CEO of Patagonia Works and Patagonia Inc. Previously, Gellert served as Patagonia's General Manager for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa for six years, where he boosted the brand's reputation and became a leader in the European outdoor industry and environmental sectors.

During this time, he managed all marketing, sales, environmental, and operational aspects of the brand. Under Gellert's leadership, Patagonia started its first global environmental campaign, called, Save the Blue Heart of Europe, to safeguard the last wild rivers in Europe from over 3000 planned hydropower projects.
