Ruchika Malhotra is an award-winning inclusion strategist, keynote speaker, and bestselling author of Inclusion on “Purpose: An Intersectional Approach to Creating a Culture of Belonging at Work” (2022). She is the founder and CEO of Candour, a global inclusion strategy firm working with organizations like Microsoft, Pixar, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation to foster diverse, equitable workplaces.
A former international business journalist, Malhotra contributes regularly to The New York Times and Harvard Business Review, notably co-authoring the influential article “Stop Telling Women They Have Imposter Syndrome.” Her upcoming book, “Uncompete: Rejecting Competition to Unlock Success” (2025), explores collaborative workplace cultures.
