When Roy Juarez Jr. was a new student at Hardin-Simmons University in 2005, he established Americas Business Leaders, a human development firm. Juarez started sharing his tumultuous history to impact the lives of youngsters, teachers, as well as parents, intending to inspire youth and reunite families. Juarez, who was born and brought up on San Antonio's south side, face the challenge and hurdles that could have transformed him into a deleterious statistic, but he managed to find a way to conquer them. Juarez, fourteen, was a college dropout and one of hundreds of disadvantaged youth on San Antonio's streets. He had only a duffle bag of personal belongings with him, which he referred to as his "home." To survive, he decided to move from home to home. Despite everything going against him, he realised there was more to life, which is why he never gave up on his dreams! Through his job as an advocate for youth and higher education, Juarez serves as a role model for thousands of people.
