Regina Hartley

Regina Hartley is an HR leader, author, and TED speaker who advocates for inclusive hiring practices that consider "scrappers" - individuals who have overcome adversity and challenges to succeed. She is the Vice President of Human Resources at UPS Information Services, leading global HR strategy and implementation for the company's IT and engineering divisions.

Before her current role, Hartley worked at several other major corporations, including IBM, Kodak, and ITT Sheraton. She has also served on the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Board of Directors. She has been recognized for her contributions to the HR industry with awards such as the HR Executive of the Year by the American Business Awards.
