Prof. Dr. Walter Baets is a Belgian academic and complexity science and management expert. He is currently the Director of the Institute for Complexity and Innovation at the University of South Africa.
Previously, he served as the Dean of the Graduate School of Business at the University of Cape Town and as a professor at several universities in Europe and Asia. Prof. Baets has published numerous papers and books on complexity science and its application to management and organization.
