After seeing the destructive impact of digital distractions and burnout on professionals during 2018 Patrick shifted his career path to performance coaching with a purpose of helping people and organizations develop focus in today's distracting environment. He now advises hedge funds and financial institutions and private equity groups and venture-backed startups as well as elite MBA programs throughout the world.
