Olivia Colman has appeared in many BBC and Channel 4 television programs such as Green Wing Look Around You Black Books The Office and Peep Show. She is regularly featured in BBC Radio 4 comedies including Think The Unthinkable and That Mitchell and Webb Sound. Her film credits include the British mockumentary film Confetti in which she played a practicing naturist I Could Never Be Your Woman and Hot Fuzz alongside many of the British television comedy actors she has been known to collaborate with. In 2019 Colman received an Oscar for her performance as Queen Anne in The Favourite starring alongside Rachel Weisz and Emma Stone. Later that year it was announced that she'd be taking over the titular role in The Crown portraying Queen Elizabeth on the Emmy award winning Netflix show.
