Before coming to Ceres, Ms. Lubber was the Regional Administrator of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and CEO of Green Century Capital Management, an investment firm managing environmentally screened mutual funds. She was recently voted one of āThe 100 Most Influential People in Corporate Governanceā by Directorship Magazine, who noted Ceresā increasing influence in its field.
