Merci Grace is the founder of Women in Product a community on the platform Slack that connects women in product management and product-adjacent roles with mentors jobs advisors investors and friends. Previously Merci Grace lead the Growth team at Slack driving daily active users for the platform from 500k to 5M in a little less than two years.
Prior to joining Slack she was the Director of Product Management at Gigwalk a mobile workforce platform. Grace also worked as a Product manager at Couchsurfingthe hospitality and social networking site and a Product and Game Designer at Electronic Arts. In 2007 Merci founded GameLayers a venture-backed social game company.
