Max Miller, born on March 30, 1983, in Phoenix, Arizona, is an American culinary historian and YouTuber renowned for creating and presenting Tasting History, a web show that blends culinary arts with history. Tasting History features Miller's preparation of ancient and historical recipes, accompanied by fascinating historical narratives.
Miller had a passion for history from a young age, even writing a report about Charles Cornwallis at the Siege of Yorktown that ended the American Revolutionary War in 1781 at the age of six or seven. He received a degree in classical music from Arizona State University before moving to New York City to train for Broadway theatre.
