Mark Collie is an American country singer/songwriter and sometimes actor who was born on January 18, 1956, in Waynesboro, Tennessee. Aaron Tippin co-wrote his debut hit, "Something With a Ring to It." His tunes have been covered by Randy Travis and Martina McBride. Collie played Johnny Cash in the short film "I Still Miss Someone" in 1998.
It highlights a moment in time during Cash's worst years in the mid-1960s, shot largely in beautiful black and white. He played Harry āHeck' Thornton in The Punisher, an assassin who sings āIn Timeā (written by Collie) to Frank Castle before attempting to kill him. Mark is married with one son and enjoys auto racing, fishing, golfing, and bull riding.
