Logan Parker is the co-founder of a non-profit organization called Leadership Emersi Inc. LEI was developed to address, educate, coordinate, and provide leadership development to the next generation leaders on a local and global level. At Chick-fil-A Bloomington East FSR, Logan is the Executive Director and is responsible for the leadership development of the organization.
This role gives him the opportunity to meet and mentor young adults in the community as well as the restaurant. Logan spent several years developing business models and servant leadership cultures in China. Teaching others how to create value has been Parker’s life goal. He believes that a succeeding culture lives in the creativity of the individual.
