Leonora Polonsky is a dedicated brand strategist with a track record of developing business-building strategies and excellent organizational capabilities for a variety of customers across industries, both within P&G and with a variety of clients. Leonora worked for P&G in a variety of line roles, managing brands, and categories with consistently excellent outcomes. She also spent more than a decade in P&G's corporate/global brand-building engine room, where she defined and drove worldwide best practices adoption. Leonora served as general manager of P&G's Global Marketing Knowledge & Innovation Department from 2004 to 2008, reporting to Jim Stengel. Leonora worked as an internal consultant for P&G's billion-dollar brands, and she was instrumental in the turnaround of numerous important brands, including Pampers, Crest, and Herbal Essences. Leonora has been acknowledged as a top marketer at P&G. In 2000, she received the Harley Procter Marketer award, P&G's top marketing accolade (only around 12 marketers have received this award in the company's history). Leonora has used her knowledge since leaving P&G in late 2008 to assist customers to overcome challenging brand-building issues and establish cutting-edge internal capabilities. Consumer electronics, fashion, soft drinks, consumer durables, consumer packaged goods, alcohol, marketing services, interactive agencies, and automobiles have all benefited from Leonora's expertise. Leonora earned her M.B.A. from Dartmouth College's Tuck School of Business before joining P&G.
