In 1994, Laurel Touby a Smith College graduate and afterward independent business essayist and Glamor magazine giver chose to have a blender for media individuals. Around 20 editors authors and other substance makers went to that unique mixed drink party at Jules Bistro in the East Village.
The gatherings immediately developed and soon Laurel had 4000 of New York's top media ability on her email list.
