Conceived in South Korea and embraced into a family in Kentwood MI Kristen Kish indicated a partiality for cooking at a youthful age. Her mom proposed she go to culinary school and since going to Le Cordon Bleu in Chicago Kristen has never thought back.

In the wake of moving to Boston Kristen has worked in some prominent eateries including Michelin-star Chef Guy Martin's Sensing and Barbara Lynch's Stir as Chef de Cuisine directing all back of house activities including the structure and execution of daily menus and show meals for 10 visitors.
