She took on the responsibility of establishing the Gateway City's first sustainable women's basketball company at the age of twenty-three. After ten years and two national championships later, The Spike has reinvented having won on and off the court while competing in the Global Women's Basketball Association (GWBA). The team is now preparing to play their tenth season at Washington University's Field House Athletic Complex. Collier, a native of St. Louis, has begun taking on the assignment of uniting societies through the strength of sport. Civic leadership, as according Collier, it's about being attached through personal voluntary work, trying to serve through several boards, giving something back to next creation, and providing a platform for female rights. Learning to accept the chance to make history as the St. Louis City SC's community relations director was a logical transition. Collier has always been interested in sports and the enterprise of the game. She began to play at the age of 5 and continued through high school and college. In high school, she was a Distinction I acquire, and she ended up playing at Columbia College in Columbia, Missouri, as well as Missouri Baptist University. Collier graduated from MBU with a Bachelor of Science in Communications in 2010. She has won various honors, such as the St. Louis Business Journal's 30 under 30 award, Glamour's Missouri Woman of the Year award, the Power 100 award, and the renowned Jack Buck Award for community awareness, among others.
