Kevin Holland is a retired U.S. special operations veteran, motivational speaker, and consultant renowned as the only publicly known operator to have served in both Navy SEAL Team 6 and the U.S. Army’s 1st Special Forces Delta Force. A native of North Carolina, he graduated from West Wilkes High School in 1988 and entered the Navy, excelling through the notoriously difficult BUD/S training. He served with SEAL Team 8, participating in operations including Desert Storm. After leaving the Navy in 1995, he worked as a North Carolina wildlife enforcement officer until 9/11 prompted his return to service. He later joined Delta Force, where he took part in several high-profile missions, including helping capture Saddam Hussein during Operation Red Dawn in 2003. A combat veteran with over 2,000 missions, multiple wounds, and numerous valor awards, including multiple Bronze Stars, Holland retired as a Master Sergeant in 2013. Today, he delivers powerful keynote speeches on leadership, resilience, courage, teamwork, and purpose, drawing from his extraordinary career to inspire audiences worldwide.
