One of the most creative and significant young historians of her generation is Dr. Keisha N. Blain. Her writing and research investigate the racial, gender, and political dynamics from both domestic and international viewpoints. In 2014, she earned her Ph.D. in history from Princeton University.
She was the previous president of the African American Intellectual History Society, a professor of Africana studies and history at Brown University, and a writer for MSNBC (AAIHS).
