He is the managing partner of JD Property Management, Inc. in Costa Mesa and a licenced Real Estate Broker in California and New York. He earned his MBA from Syracuse University. Joe oversees over 3,000 residential units and 12 million square feet of retail property as general manager.
Joe also serves on the National Faculty of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and has been an effective alternative real estate teacher at Coastline Community College since 1977.
