Joseph LaRocca is a nationally renowned expert and public speaker on loss prevention organized retail crime and new technology. He has over 20 years of experience in asset protection and security. He is the founder of RetaiLPartners and the National Retail Federation's former Vice President of Loss Prevention.

He acts as a loss prevention spokesman and liaison between merchants and law enforcement agencies around the country. Joe's talents include retail crime prevention, theft investigations, loss prevention legislation, crisis management, business continuity plans, new technologies, private sector and government networking, security cost reduction efforts, and company management methods.

He speaks to retail and law enforcement sector organizations about developing technologies and the retail industry's criminal concerns on a regular basis. LaRocca has testified in front of the US House of Representatives about identity theft and organized retail crime.
