The retired superintendent Dr. Joe Sanfelippo is a celebrated author and dynamic speaker who gained fame through his innovative educational leadership. His extensive career spanning more than twenty years includes twelve years as superintendent of the Fall Creek School District in Wisconsin during which he transformed educational practices and promoted innovative approaches. Under his leadership Fall Creek received Innovative District recognition from the International Center for Leadership in Education during both 2016 and 2017.
Dr. Sanfelippo completed his education at St. Norbert College where he received his BA in Elementary and Early Childhood Education before earning his MS in Educational Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and his MS in Educational Leadership and his Ph.D. in Leadership, Learning, and Service from Cardinal Stritch University. He dedicates his time to education through his role as an adjunct professor in the Educational Leadership Department at Viterbo University.
