Jocko Willink is a retired U.S. Navy SEAL officer, author, podcaster, and leadership consultant who gained widespread recognition with his 2015 book “Extreme Ownership: How U.S. Navy Seals Lead and Win.” He served 20 years in the Navy SEALS, rising to Lieutenant Commander.
After retiring from the military in 2010, Willink co-founded Echelon Front, a leadership consulting firm with fellow SEAL Leif Babin. The practice emphasizes accountability and discipline in leadership.
