Jeremy Utley is an American innovation expert and adjunct professor at Stanford University’s Hasso Plattner Institute of Design (d.school), and co-author of the bestselling book “Ideaflow: The Only Business Metric That Matters” (2022). Utley holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and an M.B.A. from Stanford.

Previously, he served as Director of Executive Education at the d.school for over 12 years, teaching nearly a million students worldwide about design thinking, creativity, and entrepreneurship. Utley is a General Partner at Freespin Capital, advising startups and corporate leaders on embedding innovative practices.
