Property Group Partners was founded in 1971 by Jeffrey I. Sussman to develop a portfolio of first-class office buildings for the Louis Dreyfus Group in North America and Europe. Since its inception, he has been directly responsible for the company's expansion, as well as the creation, purchase, and administration of nearly 10 million square feet.
He is in charge of all elements of property development, including project conceptualization and acquisition, as well as building design and management systems. Mr. Sussman has advocated for green building methods that enhance energy efficiency and environmental sustainability.
