Jarryd James began making waves in late 2014 with his soulful take on electronic-laced R&B and indie pop. Working with veteran producer Joel Little (Lorde Ellie Goulding) the Brisbane native recorded his debut single Do You Remember which peaked at number two on the Australian pop charts upon its release in January 2015.
Successful tours supporting acts like Broods and Angus & Julia Stone quickly led to his own headlining tour later that spring. James' follow-up single Give Me Something arrived in early summer followed by his first North American appearances. His debut album Thirty One was set for a September 2015 release.
