Jake Abel is an American model and actor who is known for playing Luke Castellan in the film adaptation of Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief and its sequel Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Sea of Monsters.In his late teens Jake made his acting debut in the Disney movie Go Figure in which he played Spencer a hockey coach who seems to have it in for the main character and makes her life difficult.
In the same year he appeared in three episodes of the short-lived science-fiction show Threshold in which he played a young man gone evil due to a virus.Since then he’s played a variety of roles going from the sweet boyfriend in Tru Loved to downright evil and disturbed in Angel of Death.
