Dr. Joseph is the Vice-Provost, Student Affairs at Dalhousie University, and his responsibilities include strategic planning, fundraising, marketing, media contract negotiations, and sports facilities, among others. Prior to that, he was the Director of Athletics at Ryerson University, where he was credited with leading the Ryerson Rams to two national championships and numerous provincial championships for the first time.
He's also known for driving Ryerson University's renovation of the historic Maple Leaf Gardens into a multi-functional athletic and leisure center. Along with the Coliseum, Madison Square Gardens, and Churchill Downs, the Mattamy Athletic Centre was been named one of the top ten historic stadiums in North America. Dr.
