She started her Human Resources career in 1996 and then joined the Zappos Human Resources team in 2006. She has helped lead the charge of changing the traditional company structure to one based on trust and distributed authority. Prior to Zappos, Delaney served in different HR leadership capacities at Wet’n Wild, Marshall Retail Group and Vegas.com. She holds a bachelor’s in communication disorders and speech sciences from the University of Colorado.
