Henry Marsh is the most prolific distance runner in USA history. In 1988 he became the second male runner to make four US Olympic Teams. He culminated his career with 13 straight years as one of the top ten 3000 meter steeplechase runners in the world including 3 years as number one.
Henry won ten national titles and set four American records including the current American record of 8:09:17 which he has held for an unprecedented 25 years and counting. In November 2001 he was inducted into the USA Track & Field Hall of Fame along with his teammate Carl Lewis.
