Hank Nuwer is the author of Hazing: Destroying Young Lives Wrongs of Passage High School Hazing and The Hazing Reader. He now is writing a seminal book on hazing in the United States beginning at Harvard and other colleges of the former colonies.

His blog Hazing Prevention is part of his website HankNuwer.com and he now keeps a record of hazing deaths at schools since the first death in 1838 that is used by the New York Times USA Today CNN and every major news network when citing hazing statistics.
