Gary Brackett is a former NFL linebacker who played in the National Football League. He attended Rutgers University and signed as an undrafted free agent with the Indianapolis Colts in 2003. Brackett was a nine-year veteran of the Indianapolis Colts, winning Super Bowl XLI against the Chicago Bears. Brackett earned his MBA from George Washington University's accelerated Executive Leadership program after quitting the field. He studied economics at Rutgers and was always interested in starting his own business. He chose to pursue a career in the restaurant industry soon after graduation.
