Frits graduated from Amherst College with a BA in Economics and Biology and received an MBA from Harvard Business School. He had a teaching fellowship in economics at Harvard. Frits, who is Dutch by birth, has dual citizenship with the United States and the Netherlands. He speaks five languages, loves to travel, and has been to 115 different nations.
