Dyana Williams is an acclaimed American radio personality, journalist, celebrity media coach, activist, and cultural advocate, affectionately known as the "Mother of Black Music Month." Of Afro-Latina heritage, she began her pioneering broadcasting career in 1973 at WHUR-FM in Washington, D.C., as "Ebony Moonbeams," later becoming the first Afro-Latina rock DJ.

Over five decades, she hosted shows in major markets like New York and Philadelphia. In 1979, alongside Kenny Gamble and Ed Wright, she co-founded Black Music Month, which later became officially recognized as African American Music Appreciation Month. As CEO of Influence Entertainment, she coaches artists and executives on media strategy.
