Dr. Jones is the founder and CEO of JONES, a company that specializes in delivering inclusion and organizational efficiency consulting services to help leaders achieve high performance by utilizing diversity. He has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a Master's degree in Multicultural Counseling, and a Master's and Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
He has been named one of America's Top Experts on Diversity by Diversity, Inc. magazine. Dr. Jones is now working on his second book, "The Inclusive Workplace: Leading Through New Lenses in the Twenty-First Century." Dr. Jones has worked for Honda, Hyundai, MRC Capital, and Sempra Energy as a National Diversity Advisor.
