Failing every step of the way Diego learned the value of tenacity and being relentless in pursuit of living the life he was designed to live. Lack of maturity preparation injuries and needed mentorship all contributed to the long and enduring path to ultimate success and victory in Diego's life.
Throughout his 20 years of Naval service he was exposed a wide array of leadership styles taking notes along the way on how to be the most inspiring and effective leader possible. Serving in three combat tours in Iraq he learned the skills and value in being effective in leading communicating and operating under some of the most stressful environments on earth. He has mentored and trained both highly ranking SEAL officer and enlisted teammates as well as senior members of foreign military allies in cross-cultural leadership communication and teamwork.
Upon retiring he founded The Trident Approach which is designed to improve team dynamics through elite mentorship. Creating inspiring and trusting work environments is his new- No Fail Mission. It truly is- All About The Familyhood.
