Diana R. Patton is a former corporate executive, advocate, and Founder of Rise Advocates Academy. She empowers high-achieving women, particularly corporate leaders, to overcome personal challenges, build confidence, and advocate for themselves. Raised by a black mother and a white abusive father, she was the sixth of seven children and faced significant adversity. A Division I college track athlete at the University of Toledo, she attended law school, became an Ohio-licensed attorney, and rose to executive roles, including general counsel and COO of a fair housing nonprofit.

Through her consultancy, Rise Advocate Academy, and the All Rise Live Global Summit, Patton provides leadership development and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) training. She is also an author of “Inspiration in My Shoes” (2016) and “This Yogi’s Journey” (2019), hosts the “Rise with Diana” podcast, and delivers keynote speeches. Her talks focus on resilience, self-advocacy, and personal growth, drawing from her childhood trauma experiences and faith.
