Devin FrizadoSpeaker and Booking Agent Information

She recounts her battle with drinking, which led to multiorgan failure, and her subsequent diagnosis of CPM, a rare neurological disease. She experienced paralysis on her left side when a lesion on her brainstem/spinal cord occurred as a result of her CPM treatment, leaving her in a wheelchair with no clear prognosis. Frizado remade her life after a remarkable recovery.

Devin Frizado concentrated on her physical, emotional, and psychological rehabilitation as well as her recovery from addiction. She has been clean for more than three years. During that period, she restored her cognitive and physical abilities, as well as studying psychology, mindfulness, and holistic health in order to cope with the persistent impairments she faces on a daily basis.

She is dedicated to breaking the cycle of addiction. She is the creator of Mindful Moms, Inc., a sober moms group and non-profit organization that uses mindfulness as a road to recovery for many women who are struggling with addiction difficulties of many kinds, not only alcohol.

For many people suffering from mental illness, chronic disease, domestic violence, addiction, and the responsibilities of parenthood, Frizado has become an online and social media inspiration. She also uses her passion for food to promote wellness and natural treatments such as gut health without the need for drugs.

Frizado has altered her life with the inclusion of comedy, positivism, mindfulness, and the power of thinking, and she continues to convey her message that recovery is possible. Recovery is a process rather than a destination. She discusses her methods for staying sober and enjoying her best life ever, despite the fact that there are many different paths to recovery.
