Damon Goduto Biography

As the Senior Vice President of Global Sales Damon Goduto has the overall responsibility of building and leading the international sales team sales engineers sales operations and account managers. Working in the litigation support industry since 1998 Damon has developed global strategic sales plans to exceed company goals through client retention and growth. Prior to Epiq Systems Damon was the co-founder and senior vice president of sales at Iris Data Services which was acquired by Epiq in May 2015. During his tenure at Iris Damon pioneered the concept of managed services as the perfect eDiscovery extension to litigation support departments everywhere. He also led Iris to become the market-leading provider of eDiscovery managed services a significant factor in Epiq’s decision to purchase the company. Prior to Iris Damon managed sales at legal services companies including Innovative Digital Technologies Apex Document Solutions and Xact Data Discovery. Damon received a Bachelor of Science Marketing degree from West Chester University and a law degree from Widener University. He is also a Certified Federal eDiscovery Liaison in Federal Court’s eDiscovery Pilot Program.
