Already making his mark in the industry newly-signed model Chella Man has brought significant attention to his personal documentation of his experience in gender transition. With over 173K subscribers and 2.5 million views on his YouTube documentation of his one year mark on testosterone and his voice changes Chella is becoming a true representation for many communities.
Being Deaf Genderqueer Chinese and Jewish Chella found that he didn’t have role models to look up to and realized he needed to stand as a voice and a true representation for himself and for others. “Be your own representation” would become Chella’s motto.
Chella is currently attending school in NYC studying Virtual Reality Programming and strives to “explore new areas formed by the intersection of art and technology.” Chella hopes to make a real impact in representation and hopes to design his own clothing line in the near future.
