After six years on Capitol Hill in Washington DC Chef Moffett enrolled in the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in Hyde Park New York.

After graduating he worked at such esteemed restaurants as the Cherokee Town & Country Club in Atlanta Georgia and renowned Boston restaurants L’Espalier and Metroplis CafĂ© where he earned the position as Executive Chef.Chef Bruce Moffett opened his restaurant Barrington’s in 2000.
