Arnold is the executive chef and owner of three famous restaurants in Nashville: Cha Chah, which was awarded Best New Restaurant by Nashville Scene (2009), Suzy Wong's House of Yum, and PM. He was inspired by his mother, who has managed a successful restaurant for over 30 years.
Arnold, who used to be a competitive figure skater, is now a smart event producer and has been known to dress up as Suzy Wong herself to promote his current project. Arnold's colorful life reflects his culinary style.
