Amy Schneider is a software engineer from the United States and one of the most well-known Jeopardy! champions. She won 40 straight games, making her the most successful woman to ever participate in Jeopardy! She ranks second all-time on the program, only behind Ken Jennings, and is the 11th-highest-earning participant in American game shows ever.
Aside from that, Schneider is the first openly transgender competitor to earn a spot in the Tournament of Champions. Schneider concealed her gender identification for a very long time since she was reared in a religious household.
