Alina Habba is an American legal expert, political advisor, and staunch conservative. Her family immigrated from Iraq and settled in New Jersey. She earned a B.A. in political science from Lehigh University and a J.D. from Widener University. Initially in fashion at Marc Jacobs, she pivoted to law for stability, clerking under Judge Eugene J. Codey Jr.
and partnering at firms before founding Habba, Madaio & Associates LLP in 2020, specializing in litigation. Habba rose to prominence representing Donald Trump from 2021, handling defamation suits, New York fraud probes, and a dismissed $100M case against The New York Times.
