Austin, Texas-based Keller Williams Realty, LLC, the world’s largest real estate franchise, has invited motivational speaker and leadership expert Simon Sinek to its annual summit, Mega Camp 2026, taking place August 17-20 in San Antonio. The event brings together over 4,000 KW-affiliated agents and industry leaders for high-impact training, market insights, and keynotes to help teams thrive in an ever-changing marketplace.

Sinek is known for inspiring people and organizations to find purpose and build better cultures. Born in Wimbledon, London, he moved between South Africa, Hong Kong, and the UK before settling in the United States. He studied cultural anthropology at Brandeis University and briefly pursued law before entering advertising, where he worked at agencies like Ogilvy & Mather. He gained global fame with his 2009 TED Talk "How Great Leaders Inspire Action," which has amassed tens of millions of views.

His 2009 book “Start with Why” became a bestseller, followed by others like “Leaders Eat Last” (2014), “Together is Better” (2016), and “The Infinite Game” (2019).
