Zyahna Bryant Biography

In Charlottesville, Virginia, Zyahna Bryant works on problems related to racial justice. At Bernie Sanders' budget Town Hall in Charlottesville in the spring of 2015, Zyahna participated on a panel with local activists and Sanders to promote money for grants and public education. Later that autumn, Zyahna founded the Black Student Union and started running it; she is now in her third year of leadership.
