At the moment, Zika is in charge of Cisco's corporate responsibility throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The Cisco Networking Academy Program was started in Israel and the Palestinian Authority by Zika. As the CNAP manager for the MED area, I started and oversaw the Neta program as well as other programs throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Zika formerly managed the Networking Academy Program at Cisco Systems Israel while serving as the R&D manager. Zika has previously held a variety of software engineering jobs in Israel and the US. Zika graduated from Tel-Aviv University with a master's degree in pure mathematics. Technology classes that teach diverse ICT skills are part of the Cisco Networking Academy Program.
