The professor of organizational behavior, entrepreneurship, and human resource management at the School of Management Zhejiang University in China is Wang Zhong-Ming. He graduated from Hangzhou University in 1987 as part of a collaborative program with the University of Gothenburg in Sweden, and the Swedish University of Gothenburg in 1985. He serves as the Executive Dean of the School of Management, Director of the Center for Human Resources and Strategic Development, and Director of the Zhejiang University Global Entrepreneurship Research Center. In addition, he oversees the GERC of Zhejiang University's Institute of Social Entrepreneurship. His research interests include modeling leadership competency. selection and evaluation of employees' management of human resources strategically.
